For Control, a political, crime thriller by Dynamite, I wanted the logo to be something clean and modern. I also wanted the dress to stand out and be more adaptable with the art than Dynamite's normal cover dress. So I designed it so that the logo could work on the top or bottom of the cover, and the logo could work with a transparent "slider" containing the important issue information that could be moved horizontally across the cover to fit anywhere along the logo.​
