Created as part of Kevin Smith's AMC Reality TV show Comic Book Men, the creators wanted their Cryptozoic Man logo to "look like a 1970's Marvel horror logo," and I wanted to create something that captured the character's transformation from deformed monster to man.

The featured cover is my design for the Baltimore Comic-con exclusive cover, where I took several elements of Walter Flanagan's art, and used them to mimic a retro, EC Comic.
