For Dynamite's collection of The Shadow: The Death of Margo Lane by Eisner Award-winning writer/artist Matt Wagner, I wanted to keep some of the art deco feel of the time period, as well as take the main character, who can blend into his surroundings, and play with that idea by using a double exposure technique inside of his silhouette. For this book, I was also asked to create a series of variant covers, including one I assembled from various elements of different pieces by Mr. Wagner.
